TH Envelopes has been supplying Church Offering Envelopes for more than 60 years. We serve all denominations , and deliver customised envelopes in a Booklet or Boxed Set Format. Our familiarity with church needs is extensive and we believe we offer the best combination of quality and service at affordable prices anywhere in the UK.

All envelopes are designed and manufactured to prevent tearing of bank notes or cheques and can be personalised with Church Logo and scripture verse of your choice. Special printed covers are also available for an additional cost.

The envelopes are dated for each Sunday of the year. Undated envelopes are also available, however, the dating feature is a valuable record-keeping aspect and encourages weekly donations, even if you are unable to attend a particular week.

Colours available

Numbered envelopes maintain confidentially and ensure weekly giving’s are accurately recorded.
Dated envelopes remind us of the needs of the church and encourage regular giving’s and attendance.
Customized envelopes reflect the philosophy of the church and provides the opportunity to designate how the offering will be used.
Weekly envelopes allow the parishioners to give in accordance with their changing circumstances.

Dual tone envelopes are used when all other colours have been exhausted and to make sorting easier on the 2 Monthly or 24 monthly envelopes

How to Order

Orders can be placed by Phone, Fax or Email.
(Details are on our contact page)

We normally produce envelope orders within a 6 week turnaround period from placing the order although during our busy period the turnaround period can increase to 10 weeks, although where possible we will do our best to deliver when requested.

Orders placed between January and August are printed and stored free of charge until required for delivery later in the year.

In our busy period from September to December orders are processed in date order as received and we do our up most to meet delivery requirements as requested.

In our busy period Boxed Sets envelopes should be ordered at least 10 weeks before the beginning of December to ensure delivery before the end of the year, although were possible we will do our best to deliver when requested.

Proofs

A proof is provided for your approval before printing.

A one off origination charge of £20 is charged per order.

(This will not apply for future orders if the copy remains the same)

Delivery Costs

£6.00 per box – to a maximum of £18.00 within Northern Ireland £19.00 per box for GB

£13.00 per box for Republic of Ireland

Delivery of Your Goods

Once your order is completed we will contact you to arrange delivery. No Orders are sent out until a delivery date/day is approved by the customer.

We use Parcelforce for delivery of all orders on a next day delivery service for Northern & Republic of Ireland and a 2 day service for GB.

This service is fully tracked and a signature is required upon delivery of the parcel. If you are not going to be in Parcelforce will leave your parcels in a secure place if instructed to do so.

Safe Places where they will leave : Garage, Porch, Greenhouse, Neighbour

If orders are not received within 72 hours please contact us so we can track this for you with Parcelforce in case a claim has to be raised.

Payment

All order’s received are invoiced at time of Confirmation of Order

Our standard terms are net monthly although bespoke payment plans can be discussed at time of ordering.

Order’s placed up until March 31st if paid within 30 days of the invoice date will avail of the pre annual increase price

The annual pricing increase will apply from April 1st onwards

Payment methods are by Bacs or Cheque.
