We have been printing envelopes for over 60 years and have supplied hundreds of millions of envelopes to companies and organisations, both large and small throughout the country.

We overprint all popular sizes of envelopes from the humble manilla to top quality press-seal. TH Envelopes can supply all of your standard sized or bespoke requirements from simple single colour printed addressed envelopes, single or two colour envelopes printed both sides through to short run full colour digitally printed envelopes.

A rapid turnaround printing service is available when time is of the essence anywhere in the UK or Republic of Ireland.

Envelope Terms
Explained

Wallet Envelope An envelope that has a long rectangular closure flap across the long edge of the envelope.

Pocket Envelope An envelope that has a rectangular closure flap that opens on the short edge of the envelope

Dry gummed Where a dry substance along one edge of the closing flap, when moistened and pressed shut, seals the envelope.

Peel-n-Seal Where a covering strip is placed over the sealing substance on the flap. Once peeled back and the envelope is pressed shut it is sealed.

Press Seal Where an envelope has two flaps for closing. A sealing substance on each flap, when pressed together seals the envelope shut.
